Hi everyone,
If you haven’t made updates to your order and you feel you want to change something [add-ons, pledges, pre-orders, shipping address], now’s the best time to do this. After November 9th, 2018, we’ll be locking your reward selections and your cards will be charged.
Also, if you haven’t answered the survey yet it means that if you fill it out after November 9th, 2018, we’ll still receive your info, but your shipment may be delayed.
If you need to review your info or pledge status, you can return to your survey. Click the link in your survey email or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://ecai.backerkit.com.

Stretch Goal Clarifications

Hi everyone,
We’ve just wrapped up this awesome journey! Thank you all for your support!
However, we want to shed light on the Stretch Goal Update we posted last week.
As some of you pointed out, the 32GB actually represent an Add-On, not a Stretch Goal. We truly appreciate all your contributions to the eyecloudCam Extended add-on. To make up for our semantic faux pas, we decided to level up our solution by integrating several Smart Home systems with our cam once we hit $110K!
We’re currently working on this matter. As soon as smart home integration is up and running, we’ll be releasing a software update (and a Kickstarter update as well)!
Many many thanks to all our backers who’ve joined us in this amazing adventure!
