What is OpenNCC all about?

Finally the wait is over! We are happy to announce that Sticker-Eye Camera is now available in several more countries. You can order our product from Amazon to the following countries: the US, Canada, Japan, Australia, France, Romania, Germany, Netherlands, England, Ireland, and Denmark. The list is not final. More countries will be added soon so stay tuned.

Thank you for supporting our first Kickstarter campaign of eyecloudCam - still, the first wire-free AI embedded home security camera in the world! We appreciate your patience regarding delays in fulfillment and we thank you for the feedback, criticism, and suggestions which helped us push the limits and reach our goal in making this product a stable and satisfactory one. Our retail version of the eyecloudCam is now called Sticker-eye Camera which is available on amazon.com.
We will continue to keep improving our software and functions of the camera and we continue to welcome your feedback and suggestions. Our goal in the Kickstarter campaign was never about making a profit but to understand and deliver what customers really want in terms of convenience and safety.
Based on your feedback that the home entrance is the most important place for security and monitoring, our team has designed a new, innovative product! Meet Sticker-Eye DoorCam which combines a traditional peephole with a 1080P smart camera, integrating artificial intelligence for Person Detection and Face Recognition, allowing you to view, record, and be alerted on who is at the door on your mobile phone from anywhere when the internet is available. APP and Device System(Firmware) Update

Dear backers,
As some of you may have already known, recently the version 2.0.0 App is available on App Store and Google Play, and the version 2.09 Device System (Device Firmware) is also available for you to upgrade on our Sticker-Eye App.
We appreciate your feedback and have added some features from you in our latest firmware. Here is a list of new features for Device System Version 2.09:
1. Access Point (AP) based camera-WiFi pairing added. It replaced the QR code scan based setup, as many of you have encountered issues with
2. Added scrollbar for finer Motion Sensitivity adjustment
3. Image Quality improvements
4. Added option not to send notifications when a face is recognized
5. Added a function to allow user manually delete recordings on camera
All these new features are supported on APP Version 2.0.0 or above, so before you upgrade your camera system to v2.09, please update your APP to Version 2.0.0 or above first. You can search “Sticker-Eye by eyecloud.ai” on App Store or Google Play to find our APP.
If your cameras have already been upgraded to the latest system v2.09, but you are still using an old APP version, then there will be two issues:
1. Connection(pairing) will not work;
2. Motion Sensitivity can’t be adjusted.
The solution is to update your APP to the latest version 2.0.0 or above. Starting from Sunday, June 9th, we will automatically check your APP version and prompt an “Update” message when you open up your APP if it is an older version before 2.0.0.
